Who creates the database and how is the trustworthiness of the comments ensured?
The phone number database and ratings are created by the users themselves. They can add their reviews either through the website or through the Call Insider app.
Comments are posted by the users of the website anonymously, so it is not possible to ensure their 100% trustworthiness. We, of course, get requests to remove comments on phone numbers stating that they are a tool of competition and they have been fabricated. We, therefore, reserve the right to delete comments or even disable comments for a particular number.
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent.

This number had called me twice this week and said I have done wire fraud . They have my ss number and other personal information . They said they were going to get a warrant for me and put me in jail because I refused to pay . When I asked for the name of their company and address because I was gonna go to my local law inforcement over this they hung up on me !
