Fake company called Galvin & Associates representing to be a law firm, but it's no law firm (not with a website, address, or legit phone number anyway). Address they give is a UPS store in Upland CA (LOL). If you ask for an attorney name, they give you one for some made up attorney you can't find in the bar registry. If you ask to talk to the attorney, they will say they aren’t in the office right now and dont have a voicemail where you can leave a message (prob because they don't exist anyway). The male receptionist says they are suing you for some ancient debt and lie about how they can sue you for it, but check ur states statute of limitations because this company acts like they are going to sue you. Problem is, this company isn't officially collecting on a debt, so the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act doesn't apply, so they think they can keep harassing you with calls and text messages, but that's not true. Don’t admit you owe any debt or even know what they are talking about, just tell them to stop calling and take you to court. I'll wager they don't bother, as it means this fake UPS lawyer shop would have to travel to your home town, file a law suit, sue you, get a judgment, and collect. Probably not worth the couple of thousand you may or may not owe
