Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent. The processing of such a request usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Called and asked for my son and would not say who they were or what they wanted. Said would call back at another time. Also asked for another number for him and best time to reach him. Refused to leave message. Most legitimate collectors leave a call back number too and brief message. Do not know who they were at all. Very suspicious.
