Even I have received a missed call at around 11:35 PM Indian time. While call back the person received & disconnected & I got Rs. 15/- charge for the call. Never call back.

Even I got a call from this number, when i called back i was charged INR 90, yes INR 90 for just few minutes. So never "Call back"
