Got a missed call, then again 2-3 times. Today I picked up the phone as soon as it rang, and a recorded voice of a girl was heard. She said in Hindi, Apki awaz nhi aa rahi hai, plz call me back.
Definitely a scam.

This is missed call spam. The call charges to Aftrican country (Tanzania) is very high and u will be charged for calling this number back. Dont call back at all. Put this number in reject list. There is no harm in picking this number as it will get disconnected as soon as you pick up. No charges for incoming calls.

I'm from Delhi India. Calls are made from +255222250411 number lands on my mobile. I picked up the call and it was disconnected immediately. Thereafter, after a week again a call landed on my phone today 26 August 2014. I have not picked up and it automatically got disconnected after 2 ring cycles.. This looks to be scam I am waiting for the bill to know as to how much were debited to my bill on account of this call. Internet search says that this call originated from Tanzania with ISD CODE +255. Every body be aware and do not pick the call from this number. If your phone allows, block this number.
