Nuisance

Pretty sure it was a robo-call, because the voice was saying "Hello?...Hello?" before I even finished saying Hello. Then the voice said "Oh, I'm sorry I have the wrong number." before even confirming who "he" was calling. Just a nuisance, but likely amassing a call list of sorts.

Sometimes, there are no reviews for a given phone number. If, however, the page has e.g. a thousand views, it shows that it is most likely an annoying caller.
