A very fast speaking young man called me with the 02036420134 and offered me an extended warranty for my dishwasher. I asked him once where he had my number and he said that I have used to purchase the machine. Since I was not so sure if that could not be, I listened to his offer. But in the end he immediately wanted a "yes" from me. When I insisted that I want to get everything in writing, he said "Yes you will, but they have been satisfied." That was me too sensitive. This can not be serious even if you want to have a written undertaking directly on the phone without doing anything.
